The Rising Voices Collective (RVC) is not just a creative writing program. Here, talented teenage writers get the support they need to publish an e-book and share it widely.

• Be a teenager at the time of your application (ages 13-19)

• Submit the first draft of your story that you're committed to revising and publishing over the course of the program

• Able to fully participate the Rising Voices Collective program for a full year once accepted
